I dont know, but seems Customer nowdays love "free" things lol..as for my book who published some days ago, most of them will only want to get a free copy then get the original one,( based on the voting -> [link] ) well I cant really blame them since the economic problem nowdays.

well yeah~ its a complicated problem starting with customer want a "cheaper" things or "free stuff", and then the artist giving a service job with a "cheaper" prices to get more customer, and then all market want the "cheaper" stuff and service job with superrior quality, and some artist willing do all the "cheap" job and then make us all hunting "cheaper" thing, and make our job seems to be a "cheap", and kill the rest of the artist creativity and make them run overseas because of this dogma, because of this simple thing -> "free thing" , the effect would be fatal.

if there no human resource, there will be no growing process, and we gonna stuck at this level (probably) forever... for an artist.. this is a bad news.

this is the reason,for now . . .I only accept job from several local customer (who want a good quality with some reasonable prices), and basicly most of my customer was on overseas, because they understand well that our job wasnt a "cheap" job, and they pay us with good prices...

in some case, my overseas client offer me a prices and they said "I dont have much money" and the prices that they gave to me is 3x higher than my highest commision job that I get in my local customer. 0_0; for a same job.

I dont want to brag about my customer, I just want to giving you an "image" how low is our customer level has fallen... and this is not good for our country lol

Our Designer Fellow has made a lot of meeting and seminar to fight againts the customer`s "cheap" pressure, and I appreciate their work by joining their seminar and pay for it to get more knowledge.

BUT, yes, some stuff sure is not affordable such as imported stuff, such as artbook or wacom, but at least I tried my best to buy them my self or winning them by joining some competition without using my parents money, lol, I always buy my friend`s comic book at least because I want to support local comic and always reject a client that give us low prices lol.

I know that is still far for perfect, but every big things start from small simple things.

ps: I dont mad about that voting result, I made books be cause one ppl that I admire so much, says one thing "everyone must make (at least) one book in their life" well..I know being selfish is not good at all. and I dont made this book for money purpose , I made this tutorial book to accomplish my mission... at least I CAN give something to build country.. even that was a small help.
