A big flying fish that lives in the lightless continent of Oak, its can produce a light in its tails, to provide light in the dark, and to banish enemy with a deadfull flash from its tail, and make its victim blind forever.

when the Human and elf conquer the continent of Oak, this flying fish was hunted to gain the Rathea bactery from the fish body - its a bactery who lifes inside the Ratheafish which can produce Light, in one month this Ratheafish population was decreased greatly.

to avoid extincion, some elf scientist decide to bring back some specimen back home and breed them, and use them as a transpotation pet in the night, to control them, we need to put a lightsource in the front of it eyes, because this fish attracted to the light, just like Insect,
