character, name is "Kirara" , you can see the 3D version here --> [link] , well.. it was a love in first sight, so I decied to draw it, this is his entry on Dominance War IV.
I edited some detail on it, some of them is by accident, which I didnt mean to edit it but somehow looks different than the original LOL
